Support Time *
Each support plan has a different number of hours of included support time. Use this for content updates, changes to the website, fixing problems or minor tweaks. Hours over your included time are charged at a reduced hourly rate of £45/hour (normally £60/hour).
One content edit, or task, takes no more than 30 minutes to resolve, for example: adding or editing content like blog posts, products, pages etc… editing menus, widgets, installing plugins and much more. If you have more complex issues that will take longer than 30 minutes we will provide a separate proposal.

Website hosting is included free with our monthly maintenance plans on our secure fast hosting platform.
24/7 Monitoring
When your website is offline, you are losing sales and customers. We will monitor your website 24 hours a day, alerting us to problems with your website within 1 minute of them happening.

Unlimited Changes
Your time is important and should be spent on dealing with your customers and growing your business, not updating and changing your website.
We will take care of all your changes for you and all you need to do is send over an email to our support team and we’ll get them done, usually in the same business day.

Malware Removal
Regular updates of WordPress and it’s plugins greatly reduces the chances of your site being infected with malware, but in the rare case that this does happen, we will clean up your website.

Hourly Support
If you choose not to take out a website maintenance plan we are always available for help and support for the website charged at £60/hour and website hosting is from £150/year depending on your websites requirements. There is no contract for any of these plans and you are free to cancel at any time. These plans are offered on a subscription basis and do need to be paid monthly in advance.
